ETHWomen 2025-Empowering Women at Blockchain Futurist Toronto

ETHWomen, a Web3 event that leads in female participation in the space, is back with the third edition of the championship on May 13, 2025, in Toronto, Canada.

As part of Blockchain Futurist Conference and Canada Crypto Week, ETHWomen aims to break barriers in an otherwise male-dominated industry by empowering women in the blockchain space by providing free access to educational panels, networking opportunities, and industry connections.

ETHWomen aspires to create an environment for women to mingle with other women in Web3 who are developers, entrepreneurs, or perhaps just curious. The event hopes to entice new talent into the world of blockchain and cryptocurrency while serving as a base of power for women already making impacts in the space.

ETHWomen is one of the events that Blockchain4Her, a global initiative supported by Bitget, has for the empowerment and upliftment of women in the blockchain. Such events include hosting ETHWomen Happy Hour, where participants will mingle, transfer knowledge, and inspire innovation in the decentralized space.

There will also be a special activation at the event where attendees will acquire custom B4H pins whose aim is to tie into a social initiative — Bitget Wallet will make a donation of $10 to a local women-focused charity whenever a pin is worn and publicized through social media.

About the initiative, Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget and the mind behind Blockchain4her’s $10M initiative, said that – “Blockchain4her is much more than an initiative; it’s a movement for actual change. Our purpose is to redesign the future of Web3, ensuring that women do not sit on the sidelines as participants but take on the role of leaders who will drive innovation into the future”. He added, “Through our sponsorship, we hope to empower women to come join us as we build bridges to a decentralized world that thrives on diverse voices.”

Unicoin, a next-generation asset-backed cryptocurrency, is also a Platinum Sponsor of ETHWomen 2025, furthering its commitment to empowering women in Web3. As part of the partnership, Unicoin will help create a platform for influential voices shaping the future of blockchain.

ETHWomen 2025 will feature panels, discussions, and fireside chats led by top female leaders in Web3, including:

  • Lisa Loud – Executive Director, Secret Network
  • Jelena Djuric – Co-Founder & CEO, Noble
  • Elena Sinelnikova – Co-Founder, CryptoChicks & Metis
  • Annelise Osborne – Chief Business Officer, Kadena
  • Koleya Karringten – Executive Director, Canadian Blockchain Consortium
  • Amanda Wick – Founder & CEO, Association for Women in Cryptocurrency
  • Justyna Osowska – Founder, Women in Blockchain Canada
  • Jamie Jung – Co-Founder, Women in Web3 Korea

The community partners that support the event also include CryptoChicks, The Association for Women in Crypto, Growth for Girlies, Shibwomen and some other organizations that serve as the basis for linking, learning how to, as well as providing opportunities for women in the blockchain sector.

And, of course, it did not stop in Toronto. ETHWomen will go global with empowerment and innovation in Greater Miami, Florida, on November 5-6, 2025. Sign up now for both events in Toronto and Miami, and open the doors for women in all industries to jump into Web3, blockchain, AI, and the future of technology.
